What Is the Google Career Certificate Program?

Google Career Certificates are self-paced, online training programs designed to prepare you for high-demand jobs in as little as 3 to 6 months — no college degree or experience needed.

Certificate programs include:

IT Support

Learn how to troubleshoot computers, manage networks, and provide technical support. Great for entry-level roles like Help Desk Technician or IT Support Specialist.

Data Analytics

Learn how to organize, visualize, and interpret data to help businesses make decisions. Get hands-on with tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

At Bright-Byte Foundation, we believe in removing barriers to education and economic opportunity. This scholarship initiative focuses on helping:

  • Low-income individuals

  • People from historically marginalized or underrepresented backgrounds

  • Those facing employment or career transition challenges

  • Veterans, first-generation students, and returning citizens

Who Can Apply?

  • U.S. residents age 18+

  • Motivated to start or grow a career in tech

  • Able to dedicate ~10 hours/week for self-paced study

  • Have access to a computer and internet

  • Priority given to those from underserved communities or with financial need
